John Sinclair Seeds is a tribute to the homonymous legendary counterculture hero who was convicted to 10 years in the slammer in 1969 for peddling TWO JOINTS to an undercover narcotics officer. His incarceration sparked a huge wave of protests and after the "Free John Now Rally" in Ann Arbour in Michigan in December 1971 the Michigan Supreme Court ruled that the state’s marijuana laws were unconstitutional - and John was released from prison only three days after said rally. The past decades he studied the consequences of pot decriminalization and, being fond of the liberal soft drugs laws of the Netherlands, he got affiliated with Ceres Seeds during his stay there. He worked closely with their team and finally they rolled out some strains that mirror the taste of a true cannabis connoisseur and legend.
