Kratom has a relatively long history of human use and is chewed as an opiate substitute and stimulant in Thailand and South-East Asia. The kratom from Bali is reported to be more of a mellow experience than the comparatively energetic Thai kratom.
BALI KRATOM 15x EXTRACT DOSAGE
For a light experience, add 0.5 grams to a glass of hot water or juice. For a stronger experience, you can crank this up this up to 1-1.5 grams.

Kratom leaves contain mitragynine, which acts as a stimulant in small doses while in higher doses it becomes more opiate-like in its effect.
Never take more than the recommended dose. Do not combine kratom with strong MAO inhibitors. Rarely, kratom use can cause a dry throat, decrease in appetite, and sleeplessness. Frequent taking of high doses of kratom can lead to mild addiction. Not for use by under-18s, or when pregnant or nursing. Do not use in combination with alcohol, medicines or other stimulants, or if using MAO inhibitors, anti-depressants or other psycho-stimulants. Store in a cool, dry place and of course, out of reach of children.
